Google Calendar on the web now lets users display up to three time zones at once, adding a tertiary time zone to the existing primary and secondary options.
What changed
Users can view three labeled time-zone columns side by side along the left side of the calendar grid in Day, Week, and Custom multi-day views. The feature is also available in the Find a Time view when creating or editing events.
Each displayed time zone can have a custom label, such as “SFO,” “NYC,” or “ZRH,” to make regional working hours easier to identify.
Availability
Google says the feature is available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and people using personal Google accounts. There is no administrator control for the feature.
For Rapid Release domains, gradual rollout began on September 25, 2026, with feature visibility taking up to 15 days. Scheduled Release domains are set for full rollout over one to three days starting October 12, 2026.
